Step 3:
IV Ketamine Infusion Pricing For Pain:
Note: Initial evaluation required for all treatments.
Single Treatment:

2 hours: $650

3 hours: $800

Six 2-hour Ketamine infusions: $3,300
Includes room, monitoring, and other supplies.
Insurance does not currently cover the cost of ketamine therapy, therefore all appointments are self-pay and due at the time of infusion.
Although insurance does not cover ketamine therapy, most HSA and FSA card accounts can be used as a form of payment. We also accept cash, credit/debit card(s), CareCredit, and cashier checks. (Checks are made out to Norht Idaho Ketamine and Wellness).
