John M. Thurston, MD
Director of Clinical Services
Dr. Thurston is Board Certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. He completed his residency at Eastern Virginia Medical School in 2017. In 2019, after a series of stresses, he sought ketamine treatment for himself and had profound benefit. Since that time he has dedicated his career to furthering the therapeutic potential of ketamine treatment. He has lectured to Medical Schools and Residency Programs about Ketamine and is an active member of the American Society of Ketamine Physicians.

Sunshine, a dedicated Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) on a mission to make mental health more holistic and compassionate. By day, I assist in providing top-notch patient care, but my passion extends far beyond the clinical setting.
My journey into the world of holistic health began with a deep curiosity about the mind-body-spirit connection. I firmly believe that true wellness encompasses not only physical health but also mental and emotional well-being.
I love exploring the natural world and its healing potential, whether it's through herbal remedies, yoga, meditation, or simply spending time in nature.
