Contact Our Billing Team

  • We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and HSA/FSA cards. Cash and personal checks are also accepted.

  • It's our policy to collect the patient's responsibility prior to or at the time of service. You can discuss payment options when you arrive for your visit or by phone with a financial counselor.

  • - Deductible: The initial amount you must pay before your insurance plan begins to pay for your bills.

    - Copayment: A flat amount paid for each visit to a provider.

    - Co-insurance: The percentage of the total cost of the health service that you must pay until you've reached your out-of-pocket maximum.

  • Insurance typically does not cover ketamine treatments directly. For your convenience, we bill your insurance for a standard office visit, while the membership fee covers the ketamine treatment portion. This approach ensures transparent billing and makes the process as simple as possible for you.

  • You may be responsible for charges your insurance company doesn't authorize or cover. We encourage you to discuss potential out-of-pocket expenses with our billing department before treatment.

  • We do not offer in-house payment plans. For flexible financing options, please visit CareCredit to learn more about how you can manage treatment costs.
