The Financial Bridge to Advanced Mental Health Care
Traditional IV Ketamine
While our traditional IV Ketamine infusions remain a highly effective option for rapid relief, they are not currently covered by health insurance and require a $450 out-of-pocket payment per session. For many in our community, this creates a steep financial barrier to getting well.
The Spravato® Advantage
Spravato® is an FDA-approved nasal spray that targets the same neural pathways as IV ketamine. Because it is FDA-approved, Spravato® is covered by most major commercial insurance plans and Medicare. For qualified patients, your out-of-pocket cost could be as low as your standard specialist co-pay.

Is Spravato® Right For Me?
To qualify for insurance coverage and treatment at our Coeur d'Alene clinic, patients generally must meet the following criteria:
-
A Clear Diagnosis: You must have a documented diagnosis of moderate-to-severe Major Depressive Disorder (MDD).
-
Treatment Resistance (TRD): You have tried at least two or more traditional oral antidepressants.

Your Spravato® Experience: What to Expect

You will administer the Spravato® nasal spray yourself at our clinic under the direct supervision of our medical team. The treatment is non-invasive and takes just a few moments.

Because esketamine can cause temporary changes in blood pressure or mild, temporary changes in perception, you will relax in one of our private, quiet monitoring rooms for exactly 2 hours. Our medical staff will check your vitals and ensure you remain completely safe and comfortable.

You cannot drive, operate machinery, or ride a motorcycle until the day after your treatment. You must arrange for a trusted driver (a friend, family member, or medical transport) to take you home from our office.
